Audio and Video Troubleshooting

Before a signer joins the notary session on a desktop or laptop computer, the eNotaryLog plaform will prompt the signer to test their equipment to ensure all audio and video equipment is functioning properly, that they are using a supported web browser, and that they have a strong internet connection.
